4/27/2015 I give 3B's Carpet Care my very top recommendation! I own a condo in Murrieta and hired John over the phone to help clean up a rental unit after a tenant had moved out. My two concerns were getting the carpets cleaned thoroughly and hiring someone that I could trust to do the job. The entire condo was quite dirty because of the previous occupant, but John was able to use a circular dry foam carpet cleaning method. He also used a deep cleaner to get out some really nasty stains! By the end, the place looked fantastic, and I felt like I understood the process of the cleaning (make sure to check out his website for really detailed information). AND--John went back to vacuum the next day because I live far away and could not make it to the condo myself. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the job was done correctly! He was courteous, professional, and informative--and we did all business over the phone. He put my mind at ease about the whole process, and even made recommendations about other (non-carpet related) repairs that I needed to make to re-rent the condo. 3/30/2016 We used 3B's for a move-out cleaning when we sold our townhome last month. The carpets looked fantastic and the price ended up being the same as the over-the-phone quote, which was nice. 9/2/2015 John was very informative about the cleaning process. I also posted a picture of the debris/dirt/hair that he pulled up from just a few of the areas he cleaned. We knew the carpets needed to be cleaned but didn't realize the poor condition they were in. The carpet looks like new and looks like when I moved in now. The fact the he was able to come out the day I called was just an added plus. I Would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking to clean their carpet. 4/7/2016 If you need to have your carpeting, flooring, or upholstery cleaned by the best company in the Temecula Valley that I know of, call John of 3B's Carpet and Floor Care Service. I have used his services for 15 years and I highly recommend him for all of his cleaning services. John is very conscientious and thorough in all of the work he performs. John also freely shares his cleaning maintenance tips whenever. I call him for advice. I have had wine stains which he has been able to get out; which I never thought would have come out. He has numerous products for red and brown stain removal. He is very accommodating when setting up your cleaning appointment and also uses the best quality products and stands behinds his work. Also, when I needed to replace my vacuum, he was able to recommend a high quality vacuum that I have been very happy with and keeps my carpet cleaner and I have less wear on the carpets. 7/16/2016 John knows his stuff! I was surprised to find out what a crappy vacuum I had. He educated us in carpet care and wife and I learned many things from his visit. Did an excellent job on our carpets. Will be using 3B's service again! I went to yelp.com and search for carpet cleaners in Murrieta and found John's listing. thought I was going to go with Stanley Steamer or some other carpet cleaning company but realized after talking to John that his service provided a better cleaning service than other chemical and steam cleaners. John explained to me the difference with his cleaning process compared to others. He uses an alcohol-based cleaning system that really does the job well. 4/21/2016 used 3bs for an urgent carpet cleaning request and Matt was able to get us in next day. My husband just opened a State Farm business in Sun city and wanted carpets clean for his grand opening. Matt came the next day and did a really great job at a great price!! He charged a little extra for some really grimey spots and the price was still reasonable.
